Health & Safety is considered by VVB the most important of its activities on site, and one in which constant reassessment is always required.

It is the policy of VVB Engineering Services to ensure the health, safety and welfare of employees while they are at work and of others who may be affected.

This is achieved by:

• By providing Safe Systems of Work for all works operations
• Ensuring all employees working on our site have the appropriate level
  of training required for their role.
• Providing competent supervision of all work areas.
• Adopting and working to / above current industry best practises.

By ensuring that continuous improvement is constantly sought, suitable effective training and through the application of the safe systems of work, VVB have been able to achieve an AFR = 0 for the last 4 years.
