This may include:

  • Agreement of scope, fees, and program for each phase
  • Awareness to pre-empt project risk areas
  • Breakdown the project implementation into manageable and logical phases
  • Defining and monitoring efficient resource levels, responsibilities and tasks
  • Weekly control of project costs and cashflow
  • Establishment of project contingency for medium to high-risk activities
  • Forging strong project team relationships with frequent communication, support and trust
  • Interfacing between civils work & M & E installation
  • Monitoring of progress with monthly/weekly project reports

Client satisfaction is very important to VVB. Each contract is allocated a specific and experienced manager who becomes the main point of contact for the client. Our manager takes full responsibility for the execution of the project within the agreed timescales and budget.
